The MSU Denver Roadrunners won their first BMHC regular season title with a win against Denver University Saturday evening at the Promenade. The Roadrunners’ 5-3 victory marks the first time the BMHC Union Pacific Brass Spittoon has changed hands in it’s three year history. Metro State overtook the UNC Bears on the last day of the regular season to finish first in the conference with 37 points. They will hold the top seed in next weekend’s conference playoffs.
